We would like to inform you that on 01/05/2026, our server was unexpectedly affected due to a recently identified security vulnerability related to the cPanel platform.

As a result of this issue, the server experienced downtime and is currently not fully operational. This vulnerability is not limited to our server and has impacted multiple cPanel users globally.

Due to the nature of this security issue, there is a possibility that user accounts on affected servers may have been exposed or compromised.

Our team is actively working to restore the server and bring all services back online as soon as possible.

In case the server cannot be fully recovered, we request all offshore users to use their previously maintained backups to restore their data.

Please note that this incident was caused by a platform-level security vulnerability and not due to any direct misconfiguration from our side.
